		<description>There are so many going through the rough phases right now. Honestly, I think what we are seeing is a sift in tides of the Internet. When you think about it, we&#039;ve seen so many changes already - and with each one, I&#039;m sure the people at the top felt the change the most. 

From email, to hard coded websites, to message boards and forums, to blogs, to social media - it&#039;s been a constant change. We just have to figure out how the tide moves and go with it.</description>
